The members of Class of 1991 of the Federal Langtang Old Girls’ Association (FLOGA) are planning to give back to their alma mater, Federal Government Girls College Langtang (F.G.G.C Langtang) Plateau State and have decided to embark on a project to renovate the school clinic. 

 

A recent visit to the school showed a decline in the structural infrastructure in the school, the classrooms, hostels, kitchen, clinic; water and drainage systems all 

require major overhauls.

 

The choice of the clinic as a project is not farfetched,  

“Health is Wealth” and  it is important to prioritize provision of healthcare at our schools to create a conducive atmosphere for learning. 

 

The current status of the clinic is far from the desired, the school clinic requires plastering, tiling, and replacement of doors, windows, painting, and furnishing amongst others.

 

An initial costing shows that to carry out this project will require over Five Million Naira (N5,000,000).

 

The class of 1991 has initiated a funds drive tagged “1000 for 5000” for the renovation of the school clinic.
